Correction of Errors & Inaccuracies
Information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and some information may not be complete or current. Young Achievers Clothing reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, and to change or update information at any time without notice (including after you’ve submitted your order).
Colours
Young Achievers Clothing puts forth efforts to accurately display the colours on its products. Young Achievers Clothing does not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be accurate to the color of the actual product.
Return/Exchange Policy
Our store accepts exchanges only. Please be advised that we cannot accept items being returned for a refund.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival to the customer. Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for exchange. Clothing and accessories must be unopened, unused, and in the condition as received.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please complete the following steps:
- Email admin@youngachievers.com.au notifying of your return/exchange request.
- Use original packaging (if possible) to return your item(s) to the address we specify in the email reply.
How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?
Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to be processed through our exchange department. A representative will be in contact with you (via email address or phone) to provide further details and updates.
Return Tracking
Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items for exchange. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless we have obtained proof of delivery.
What if the exchange item I want is out of stock?
Due to high demand and varying stock levels, we cannot guarantee your item desired for exchange will be in stock. If we are unable to offer exchanges because a specific style or size has sold out, we will contact you for alternative options.
Product Availability
Although merchandise may be indicated on site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. Young Achievers Clothing reserves the right without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Customer Privacy
Young Achievers Clothing respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share it with any third parties or individuals.

Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are fixed at $10 AUD to addresses within Australia and $20 AUD to addresses within New Zealand. These prices reflect the average shipping costs at the time and are subject to change based on courier and international freight pricing.
All orders require a processing time of up to 3 business days. Once shipped, it will take 3-14 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Limitation of Liability
Young Achievers Clothing shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Young Achievers Clothing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
